Justin is an accomplished leader and 6-year veteran of the waste industry with extensive experience in operations, sales leadership, consulting, and management roles. He holds an MBA with a focus on Finance and Investment Management from the University of Texas, an MS in Aeronautical Science, and a BS in Aviation Technology. A former Naval Aviator, Justin served in the United States Navy from 2002 to 2016.

Prior to joining AMP, he was the General Manager for the Fort Wayne Business Unit at Republic Services, overseeing a division of over 200 employees, including two landfills, two hauling divisions, and a recycling center. Currently, as the Director of Commercial Origination & Business Development at AMP, Justin is helping to bring the revolutionary AI-enabled sortation platform AMP One to market.
