Carla brings more than 30 years of sales, marketing, and
general management experience in the specialty chemical
industry.

She has a proven track record of sustained value creation
generated through the execution of transformational growth
strategies, the formulation of innovative product and market
solutions, the optimization of supply and operations processes
and the creation of high-performing teams.

Carla has worked in the sustainable and renewable sectors for
the last 10 years as VP of Business Development and Wood
Sourcing at Pinova, a manufacturer of bio-based specialty
resins, and then as SVP of Sales and Marketing for
GreenMantra Technologies, an advanced recycler producing
specialty waxes. She also has extensive market knowledge
and business expertise on synthetic waxes from years of
leadership of the Epolene® business at both Eastman Chemical
Company and Westlake Chemical Corporation and the
Ceranovus® business at GreenMantra Technologies.

Carla earned a Chemical Engineering degree from Virginia
Tech and an Executive MBA from Duke University.
