Phil is the North American Sustainability Manager for MCC and has worked there for 9 years, in both Product Leadership and on the Global Sustainability team. Phil helps to lead a sustainability strategy to achieve Science Based Target for Scopes 1, 2, and 3 and provide sustainable and recyclable products for the industry. Working closely with the APR and CELAB, MCC hopes to push the growth of sustainable packaging and the circular economy for both labels and plastics. Phil holds a master’s degree and MBA from York College of Pennsylvania.
